AI MOTION: PEDESTRIAN DETECTION & AUTOMATIC SLOWDOWN / STOP
AI Motion is a forklift pedestrian safety system developed by Quick Autopart Co., Ltd. Using AI vision, the system detects pedestrians around the forklift and works with the Motion Controller to automatically reduce speed or stop the forklift according to configurable safety zones.
ATO : Anti-Tip-Over System: Elevating Forklift Safety
ATO (Anti-Tip-Over) is a forklift safety system that automatically limits forklift speed when the forks are raised above a configured height. By reducing travel speed during elevated-fork operation, the system helps reduce tip-over risk and improve operational safety.
UWB ACTIVE ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM
UWB technology detects proximity between forklifts, pedestrians with UWB tags, and defined areas. When integrated with the Motion Controller, the system can automatically reduce forklift speed or stop the forklift according to configured safety zones.

FORKLIFT SEAT BELT INTERLOCK
Interlocks the seat belt with the forklift starting system. The forklift cannot be started unless the operator fastens the seat belt, helping enforce seat belt use before operation.
SPEED LIMITER
Controls forklift travel speed without simply limiting engine RPM, helping maintain driving power when climbing ramps. The maximum travel speed can be configured according to site safety requirements.
SAFE & ALERT: REAR OBSTACLE WARNING SYSTEM
Detects obstacles behind the forklift within the configured rear detection area and provides audible and visual warnings to the operator during reversing.
